“The food was excellent! Very Pet friendly and service whilst relaxed was excellent.”

“This was one of the best places I have stayed in a long time. The look of the Ribchester Arms, when we arrived, was impressive. We had a very large room and bathroom, both very modern with a 'fridge and juices, milk, drinks and biscuits. The staff were very helpful and looked after us. Breakfast was freshly cooked and pretty good. We ate there a couple of nights and the food was wonderful. A recommended place to stay .”

“Great stay room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Bed was massive and really comfortable and the bath was awesome really big with room for two. Breakfast was great with loads of options. Loved it and would recommend. ”

Nice fresh croissants and goot drink selection I have stayed before and will stay again due to price, location, lovely romantic stay”

“Ran by a wonderful couple who are really friendly and accommodating. The lodge is in a beautiful location and the facilities and room are lovely. Breakfast was included and we were asked beforehand what we wanted so it would be ready for the time we requested. And it tasted wonderful. Me and my girlfriend have visited here twice now and I'd greatly recommend a stay here.”

“The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained with good decor. The bathroom had a powerful shower and enough room around the basin for your wash bags. Lighting in the bathroom is always an issue for me (!) so as usual I had my mirror on the window sill in search of natural light. We ate in the pub on the first night, sharing a platter. Good menu. My partner sampled the local beer and was pleased he did. Although a full breakfast was on offer we just had a yoghurt & some toast. The toast...

“The bar was reasonbly priced and on Saurday night karaoke was on. The room was clean and tea/coffee facilities in room. The location is great. Had no complaints and will be returning in May.”
