"I was on an international trip layover at LAX airport, when booking the hotel on expedia, it's over 12am, so the reservation automatically went to the next day. I went to Hilton with the shuttle anyway, the staff was very helpful in changing my staying date. Even though I only stayed for a few hours in a hotel, it's very helful that between the long trip, I got a few hours' relax at Hilton"

"Checking in took way too long . There should be a guest service desk separate from checking in , there were multiple people who who were at the check in desk requesting WiFi and other stuff and they were there for minutes while a line of people were waiting to just check in and go to their room . I booked my room through Expedia and they told me what I had to pay for a deposit , I ended up having to pay triple the amount for the deposit upon arriving which I was not told about beforehand . The place is awesome but it shouldn’t take 30 minutes to check in , when some people are going up just for questions. and a deposit should clearly be stated weather it’s through a second party or not "
