“The upper floor ocean front was great view. Property is clean and beds are comfortable. Room is a little tight but fine. Food at the restaurant just mediocre. Try the Oasis for better food just down the road ”

“The OBI was perfect location and price for my friend and I who had come to see the Sierra Ferrell concert at the St. Augustine Amphitheater. The room had everything we needed, a comfortable bed, and check in/out was easy. We Ubered to the show for only $10, and walked back after through the adjacent park and beach. Would definitely stay here again. Great value.”

Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood just across SR A1A/the Bridge of Lions, downtown is a five-minute walk without the inconvenience of having to find parking and navigate the narrow streets of the Ancient City.”
