"Clean room , very friendly staff and a wonderful location "

"We selected this hotel due to the location and proximity to downtown Saint Augustine. It’s a quick walk over the bridge. The hotel is clean, room was spacious with a patio overlooking the water. Breakfast was excellent with daily specials all included. Staff was friendly and helpful too. Great choice and value too! Will be back!"

"The room was clean. The staff was good. The walls are paper thin. The people in the next room were playing loud video games most of the night. The boiler broke. No hot water to shower. "

"Room was relatively clean, there were some things that were definitely missed, but overall was good. One of the nicest hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. Our room wasn’t ready at check in time and cleaning staff was still working which may have been a rushed cleaning job and that’s why things were potentially missed. The location was perfect for our family and we’re already planning our next trip back. "
