“Where do I begin Upon arriving we pulled up to the hotel at approximately 1230p. They’re weren’t any cars in the lot, then remembered that we needed to go to the other property to check in. We got there she told me that I was way early and she confirmed my phone number to text me when the room was ready. At 300p we decided to go back to the hotel to wait for the text. We looked inside and the room was clean and ready, since no text yet we decided to get into the pool and again wait for her text....

“We paid for a waterfront stay “just steps away from the beach”. Our room was across the street and down a road from the beach facing the opposite direction. Definitely either the description is incorrect or they gave us the wrong room but not what we paid for and expected.”
