“Really recommend kilmorey arms staff so helpful . This is the second time I have stayed here and my room this time was even better than last time. It was lovely to see a big walk in shower. Breakfast was really nice and very attentive staff.”
“The reception staff were lovely and very helpful. The staff in the bar serving afternoon food and drinks were slow and not very knowledgeable, also the snack choices were very limited. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. The swimming pool was very poor paint peeling, rust around units on the walls. The steam room and sauna not very inviting.”
“I was very impressed with the facilities and the staff at the hotel. The guest in the neighbouring room was being rather noisy and I knew that it would disturb my sleep, so I approached reception and they were kind enough to offer an alternative, quiet room in which I slept well... :-)
I was also very impressed with the breakfast. I chose the cooked option and it set me up for the day...
I would highly recommend this hotel and would choose to stay here again if I'm visiting Newry.”
