"Beautiful resort with great views. Nice pool, bars and restaurants. Clean and newly renovated. Comfy beds. Only negative was the staff at the front desk. We arrived at 415 and a room wasnt available. They didnt care. Didnt offer anything for us to do but sit there with all of our stuff. Then pretended like we werent there. Another negative experience with the same woman the next day when we asked for champagne glasses. Told us to try the bar. She clearly doesnt want to be working in the hospitality business. Similar experience with a different woman when checking out. Servers at the bar and restaurant were all great though."

"Everyone at the hotel was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. The room was welcoming, and the Hotels living room cozy enough to just hang out after a long day of walking Newport. And the view of Newport from the roofop was priceless. Will stay again and highly recommend them."

"We stayed there for the Newport Jazz Festival. The hotel doesn't look fancy on the outside but once you are inside, it gives a little bit of posh and whimsy. The staff is really friendly however there is limited staff during quietier times (before 8am etc...). The restaurant is pretty good and the bartenders are really on top of things. We enjoyed our room which faced the pool. Enjoyable stay. "
