“Free Breakfasts were excellent, but the room was tired, bathroom and shower very small”

“We come up to the Berkshires every year for Tanglewood and always stay here. The rooms are always clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms have either a full kitchen or kitchenette so at the very least you can have coffee when you wake-up. The fact that Vacation Village is on Brodie Mountain it's quiet and restful.”

“I called to check that it was alright if I arrived after 10:30 PM. I was told no problem. When I arrived the front door was locked, no one answered the buzzer. When I called, I was told that someone would be right there. 7 or 8 minutes later, I called again and asked how long it would be. Should I wait in my car or at the front door. He refused to answer me and just said he would be right there. 5 or 6 minutes later he showed up. A total of 15 minutes I was waiting in an unlit parking lot. I...
