All staff was very polite, friendly, professional.

Our room was very clean and comfortable, with the bed being the most comfortable of our trip! The location is ideal for seeing the sites around Tam Coc and they have bikes and mopeds for rent. We rented a moped 2 days in a row and had a blast. The owners themselves were very kind and really went the extra mile to ensure we had a good stay. We would definitely recommend to others!

Everything - literally everything - was absolutely perfect. I've never seen such attention to detail. Communication and check-in were so easy too. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It is beautiful, and it's in a fun neighborhood.

Because we never stayed at a Han-ok (traditional Korean house), we had ambivalent feeling about staying in Sam-lock-hon (easy to pronounce this way), which means three-blessing house. The three blessings traditionally include having healthy parents and siblings, no shame or guilty thing toward others, and having bright disciples. Our stay at the Ryokan Tsuchi to Ito was nothing short of a dream. The ryokan itself is beautiful with gorgeous details and comfort in every corner. The host, Kimi, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for, and provided wonderful recommendations as we spent our days exploring Nagano. Easy walk to Old Town. Very nice local cafes and restaurants with reasonable prices. I specifically liked the Banh Mi eateries. The hotel is very clean. Nice egg, toast breakfast with coffee/ tea. Bicycles available for loan. Room was spacious with balcony. Super clean with hot water shower. The staff is friendly, polite and respectful. Looking forward to my next visit to Vinci Villa.

I had such a restful stay and the accommodation was absolutely beautiful— perfect for being immersed in the traditional Hanok atmosphere. The owner was highly responsive and helpful. It was raining and I was able to locate the accommodation and drop off my belongings/check-in earlier than 3 PM without issue. The property itself was peaceful, clean, and well-maintained.
