"Our stay at Amedea has exceeded our expectation. All staff throughout the facility is very attentive, humble and helpful. The entrance from the reception to the rooms are immaculate. The Buggy services are awesome, 24/7 ready. The breakfast was fabulous. Variety of food to choose from. Also the staff at restaurant was very nice. The service calls were attended very quickly . We had a great stay at Amedea and definitely will recommend to others. Thank you for making our stay comfortable!! "

"Absolutely incredible! Could not speak more highly about Peppers! We just spent the most beautiful week with our parents & 2 daughters in a gorgeous villa which accommodated us perfectly! The staff could not be more helpful, they are all beautiful & nothing is too hard for them. The location is fabulous - so close to everything in Seminyak & the added convenience of the shuttle & buggy service makes it so simple to get around - rarely having to get any extra transport unless if was for a day...

"The property was fairly run down. The handles were coming off the doors, the door pane was half off, the water pressure for the shower was really bad, the shower leaked through the bathroom leaving the floor slippery and anything on it wet (had to use my bath towel to mop it up). The location was really noisy, all you hear are reving of scooters and beeping. Lighting in the rooms were really poor. I had to use my phone torch to see."

"Villa Kayu Raja is in a good location, but not really walkable to restaurants or the beach, especially at night. The sidewalk ends a bit before the villa, so you’re left walking in the busy street. The villa itself is nice, but I was unimpressed with the private pool. It is very small and the yard itself is deceiving in size from the pictures. Virtually no sunlight comes into the pool area as well, so the pool is a bit chilly and you aren’t able to do any sun tanning. The price is a bit steep...

"Me and my wife had a wonderful experience staying in the villa. You have a own private pool and you dont have any tall building beside the compound so there’s still some privacy. The staff were all very polite and helpful, very good experience staying with them. Cons: Improve the maintenance of the hotel, saw cracks in the bathroom mirror. The tiles at the pool require cleaning Aircon is not cold"
