“Cash stolen from room 021 – Logs prove only housekeeping entered My wife and I stayed here and had €120 and £20 cash stolen directly from our locked room. The theft was selective, our credit cards were left untouched and happened precisely during the housekeeping windows on either Sunday or Monday while the room was being cleaned. Outside of these cleaning hours, the cash was never left alone. When we reported this, the reception manager ran a door card check and verbally confirmed to us that...

“Grand lobby. Large property with daily activities. Buffet spread was excellent.”

“Highly recommended. Rooms are great and location is quiet. Breakfast was very good as well!”

“Total relaxation in a beautiful setting. Half board option was well worth it, food was very good. Staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of sun loungers in landscaped gardens. Drinks were expensive but to be expected in a boutique style accommodation. Highly recommended.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Marbella. It’s a great spot to catch some late October sunshine, with a relaxed atmosphere, fantastic staff and some really good food. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice to suit everyone, and the poolside lunch menu was equally enjoyable. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay – friendly, attentive and always happy to help. They really are a credit to the hotel. There are, however, a couple of things worth considering before...

“Clean room and the staff were very nice”
