โThey told me I didn't have a room and told me to go out.They couldn't even find my reservation. The 'hotels.com' said I had no problem at all. It's only a matter of hotel. This hotel doesn't have a conversation. They just told me to leave without any intention of solving my problem. You can be nervous ahead of your trip. Are you sure you should stay here?โ

โFrom check in up until the time we checked out, every staff member was cheery and helpful. Breakfast, amazing choice of continental and cooked to order. Room comfortable. Shower pressure v.good. Instant hot water. Molton Brown products.
All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose The Wood Norton when we next visit relatives in Worcestershire.โ

โHad a lovely one night stay in cottage 3. Room was clean and quite with lovely views.
Only thing missing was a curtain/blind for the small bathroom window but other than that perfect.
Will definitely stay again.โ
