“We just loved everything about this house. Way better than sleeping in a hotel. ”

“We were placed in a conference style room. Bed was not a king size..... Truly not a king size! Room had NO MICROWAVE. We bought food from home so we did not have to visit expensive restraunts or go out, guess what because we were stuffed in a conference rm with we had no microwave. We will never stay there again.”

“If you are planning on staying here for an event at the Spectrum Center, be aware that they may overbook. I arrived two hours after my room should have been ready and still had to wait. I was moved into a different room type as well since they had overbooked.”

“For those who appreciate historic hotels, this is a good one. Well maintained, and conveniently located for restaurants and bars.”

“It was a great location”

“Very run down property! Doors getting into lobby didn’t work to start and no signs so people just stuck in rotating door! Under staffed at check in so took over 20 minutes and then our room…the inside door to room was torn up and looked like someone tried to bust through and broke in? A little concerning. Shower drain kept getting clogged up so showered with a few inches of water. It was one night…but would not ever stay there again. Cheaper NEWER hotels nearby. Not up to a “Hilton” standard ,...

“The breakfast was very good Sausage.bacon.eggs.pancakes.waffles.bisquit and gravy”

“The only thing I would complain about was the lack of a coffee maker in the room. I like to have hot tea at night”

“My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I had to do a Zoom meeting from my room and the lighting was poor. It needed I floor lamp next to the desk. The desk had a lamp but did not work well. There was no pen or small notepad. To reach the microwave I had to kneel to see the buttons to turn on. Overall it was a good and quiet stay.”

“After staying in a Hilton Garden in Bangor, Maine the night before that was wonderful, I was disappointed in this location. Lobby welcoming in Bangor started the stay off on a high note. Staff was polite and efficient. We did not use amenities. Even though, I thought I specifically booked this hotel for a hot tub but was told there was no hot hub when I checked in.”
