“You can't beat the location if you are going to an event at the Spectrum Center. Breakfast was great and had good variety. The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in a 2 Queen Suite with three people. There was plenty of room. You could reasonably fit six people in there with the pull out. Room was clean and A/C worked great.”

“Very sweet staff. I checked in late without calling first (around 11pm), and the man at the desk was very kind in helping me out. I did get charged an extra $20 by the hotel after leaving. But, im assuming that it was some taxes on their end, considering I only slept.”

“I only received housekeeping services once and called down to the front desk to get new towels and garbages emptied but only received towels and garbages were overflowing. Gym was great. Breakfast was great. Beds were very hard”

“I booked the hotel hilton in charlotte through Expedia. The hotel staff did not give me any water at the time of check-in. They told that water is only for gold and diamond card members. I booked hotel with breakfast and paid for it. But hotel staff at reception did not inform that i need to fill form and submit at the time of breakfast, Then get a billing receipt after having breakfast and submit at reception. It is not a direct walk-in for breakfast.”
