“If you are planning on staying here for an event at the Spectrum Center, be aware that they may overbook. I arrived two hours after my room should have been ready and still had to wait. I was moved into a different room type as well since they had overbooked.”

“We were placed in a conference style room. Bed was not a king size..... Truly not a king size! Room had NO MICROWAVE. We bought food from home so we did not have to visit expensive restraunts or go out, guess what because we were stuffed in a conference rm with we had no microwave. We will never stay there again.”

“For those who appreciate historic hotels, this is a good one. Well maintained, and conveniently located for restaurants and bars.”

Shower drain kept getting clogged up so showered with a few inches of water. It was one night…but would not ever stay there again. Cheaper NEWER hotels nearby. Not up to a “Hilton” standard ,...

The staff was amazing, especially the two women at the front desk and Ms. Houston in the lobby, who were all incredibly kind and welcoming. The only downside was that the hotel was overbooked, so I couldn’t get my reserved king-size room and had to settle for two double beds. However, since it was just a one-night stay, it wasn’t a major...
