"I loved the history of the hotel. The kids enjoyed being there. The tram was right in front of the hotel. We had a good view of the beach and the tower. There were steps which we were told were for emergency exit. At first we thought they led down to the reception but wow they looked "scary" Maybe the hotel should put a inscription that the door to the stairs is for emergency"

"Room was not clean a fire broke out on the 3 floor nearly 5hours to get to are room and you could smell the smoke from it not happy with that no refund offered"

"Pool was closed, closes early on a Sunday, so disappointing. People playing loud music and shouting, put up with it until 3am then complained to reception, apparently other people complained and nothing was done, they went to tell them eventually but obviously don't like doing confrontation so they ignore the problems. Wouldn't recommend this hotel."

"Breakfast good. Front desk can be friendlier . My room had a leak that looked like it’s been there for a while . Light switch button fell off and window was hard to open. Door lock also worked every other time. This hotel can use some fresh coat of paint and lots of maintenance. I loved it 8 years ago , but I was disappointed this time . "
