“Best stay ever”

“Never again”

“Muy buen hotel”

“I booked this hotel for a last minute road trip. We arrived received our room key and literally had to knock down our door to get in. We let from staff know and they said “do this and this” did not bother to go help and open the door. We stayed Friday- Sunday and they never went to clean the room. Not even to do the beds or provide fresh towels or toilet paper. There was only one toilet paper and it was used when we arrived. When we went to ask for more toilet paper there was no staff onsite so...

“N/A”

“Bed was itchy every time I played in it. Idk if it was the sheets or what but I barely got sleep. I got bit by ants and there are doors in the room that lead to the other rooms. I did not like that so I had to put tables in front of the door just in case because that’s unsafe. Loud people. Doors are so high that people can hear you and you can hear them from outside. I didn’t like that at all.”
