โThis is a great hotel choice in the Petoskey area. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. Our room, a suite, was clean and pleasant and had a beautiful view of Little Traverse Bay. The breakfast the hotel provided was delicious and plentiful, and they have a nice coffee bar near the lobby. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub.
The only drawback is no elevator for the second floor.โ
โMy family stayed for two nights and everything was wonderful. Communication was excellent and the check-in instructions were thorough and easy to understand. The place was very clean and the bathroom was very nice. Good water pressure which seems like a small thing, but I have terrible water pressure at home so a really good shower while on vacation is a bonus! The beds were very comfortable, and despite the fact that I have sleep issues and usually wake up often, I slept surprisingly well....
โCrooked River is a great place, love the rooms, grounds, nature & located close to many other waterfront cities.
Staff all very welcoming & friendly & helped me arrange flower delivery for my wife for our anniversary.
Definitely will be back for another stay. โ
โGreat rooms. Had a suite and a double. Very comfortable beds. Pillows not so much. M No rollaway beds. Terrible pullout couch. Bedding is the cheapest it gets. Hot tub had rocks in the bottom and an unbearable amount of chlorine. Away from city center, but very nice rooms. No one at the front desk was friendly but they were very efficient. โ
โEverything was great except Expedia put us down for only one night when I requested two nights. Treetops was most accommodating and arranged for the second night without any problems. โ
