“This used to be our go to hotel - it was affordable and centrally located and clean. Our visit this time was not the same - the bathroom had a lingering odor to it, the chain on the door only attached to one side, the tub wouldn’t drain properly and we discovered a broken wooden plank on the 2nd floor landing covered by a chair. (I have to assume it broke overnight and management didn’t cover it with a chair - a guest must have done that.)”

The kind man at the front desk even offered us to switch to a room with 2 queens and walked us around to different rooms and let us pick our favorite. “This hotel was a pleasant surprise for me. I never imagined how perfect everything would be during my vacation in Hyannis. The hotel staff deserves the highest praise. The hotel is very, very close to the harbor for trips to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket; you can walk from the hotel to the harbor and save $40.00 on parking. The restaurant area is just a block away. Breakfast was adequate, and the rooms were very clean. I will definitely return to this hotel.”
