“Breakfast was disappointing. There was a lot of people in line for food. They were out of plates, items had not been replenished. Things like the bread for making toast, bagels and English muffins. The juice kept running out, as did the sides like sausage and potatoes. But as stated, people were everywhere. Took 15 minutes to get my eggs. My daughter had to wait for yogurt. Food was good once we got it but the number of people seemed to be overwhelming for the number of staff working.”

“Concierge recommended a place to eat and provided us a discount. Parking folks were great too. Room view not great (looking over alley) but hotel was in great proximity to everything!!”

“Understaffed . No business center. I asked to get one paper printed and it took over an hour because front desk clerk was overwhelmed. The printer jammed and he was checking in customers instead of fixing printer. So no one was getting their check in paperwork and I was unable to get my printed copy. The manager did finally come out and assist after an hour. The fan in bathroom toilet area didn’t work. The couch in the lobby was filthy. Also the rug in our room was very dirty.”
