"THE HOTEL IS TERRIBLE..400 DOLLARS FOR ONE NIGHT.ONE OF TWO ELEVATORS WAS DOWN.THE HOTEL IS SPLIT IN TWO SECTIONS SO IF YOU GOT ON THE WORKING ELEVATOR,IT ONLY TOOK YOU TO ONE SECTION OF THE HOTEL.YOU HAVE TO REROUTE BACK TO THE MAIN FLOOR WALK AROUND TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HOTEL TO GET TO THE ROOM NO ONE EXPLAINED THIS AT CHECK IN.THE PHONE DiD NOT WORK IN THE ROOM.VALET PARKING WAS COMPLETELY CHAOTIC.THE BELL SERVICE WAS NONEXISTANT.YOU WAIT FOR A CART ,THEY ONLY HAD TWO AND THEN YOU HAD TO LOAD THE CART AND TAKE IT DOWN TO THE VALET DESK ,THEN WAIT 20 MINUTES FOR YOUR AUTOMOBILE .THE ONLY THING GOING FOR THIS HOTEL IS THE LOCATION.THE HALLWAYS WERE DINGY,THE ROOM SMALL..THE STAFF WAS NOT HELPFUL AND THE MAN AT THE DESK DURING CHECK IN WAS RUDE..MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO COMPLETELY RETHINK THIS PLACE.I'M SURE I AM NOT THE ONLY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.A LADY ON THE ELEVATOR STATED SHE COULD NOT GET ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THIS PROPERTY SO THEY STAYED ONE NIGHT AND CHECKED OUT ,VERY DISSATISFIED. TOP DOWN ,THIS PLACE IS RUN WITH AN "I DONT CARE ATTITUDE."

"Carpet in the room was filthy, bathtub dirty, windows very, very dirty mold very filthy, some of the hallway Carpet look like it was taken from the city dump and installed in the second floor hallway. Breakfast buffet we had to use a tea spoon to take up the fruit on the fruit bar very unsanitary. The only best thing about our stay was the front desk staff."

"This was once a fine hotel. Unfortunately it is kind of shabby now. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the base of the bed was all beat up and the rug under the bed couldn’t be more unattractive. Our room had a good view of the city which was nice. The location is really convenient and that is a positive. Unfortunately, the pool which is a nice attraction was closed. And half the palms around the hotel pool area are dead. Also parking is $53 a night, which is far too much!"

"Everything is wonderful and they should be commended for breathing new life into Savannah. However, the placement of the toilet roll is absolutely baffling - right against your knee, so you can ride side saddle when you make brown. And the light switches might as well be installed at random around the room. But I will return nonetheless because it’s a great place. "

"There is a public parking lot between the hotel and the beach. Depending on what floor you’re on, your view may not be great."

"Very nice room. Super clean and the view was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. All around just a great place to stay for the Historic District. The addition of Toasted of the lobby was brilliant and it's a great end of day break. Definitely will stay again."
