"I was looking for a new destination for a 1 week getaway and thought of Phoenix. The hotel and surrounding area was really nice. Check in was quick and the room relaxing. I even extended my stay one day. Already planning a return trip."

"I was in Phoenix to attend events at the convention center and the location of the Renaissance was perfect. The staff was very friendly, the on site restaurant/bar and staff were great. There were a several convenient restaurants in the area as well. The accommodates were top notch. Rooms were large and there was a large closet in the bathroom area as well. Bathrooms were set up nicely with the shower and toilet in an area separate from the sinks which is alway nice when multiple people are trying to get ready. Beds were soooo comfortable! I will definitely stay here again."

"Food is not available at the hotel itself but there are lots of nearby places to eat as well as delivery. The rooms are neat, clean and comfortable. The beds are nice, not hard as a rock. Great pillows too, soft and fluffy.. Great AC and that's important in Phoenix! Easy parking, right in front of the room. Overall it was a pleasant experience and would definitely stay again."

"We enojoyed our stay very much. I was so suprised and enjoyed how convenient the little kitchenette was. This would be our new place to go all the time of it wasnt for the no spa. To us it was almost perfect if it wasnt missing a spa. Clean and very nice employees."

"The hotel advertises a pool but when we checked in they told us the pool had become a water feature. That was unfortunate in Phoenix. The staff was very kind and helpful."
