“Guys, I am not complaining; I am just stating facts. Excellent location. All the stores and some restaurants are around the hotel; you can walk if you like. But they are in the middle of renovation. So you will feel it. The pool was closed, the elevator was all taped up, and my room door did not lock. They came and tried to fix it, but it was not fixed. One fact no one will change is the sink is located outside the bathroom and in front of the bed, which I hate. Breakfast mainly is some bread...

“The staff at this hotel was absolutely amazing — every person I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. The breakfast was also very good and definitely a highlight of the stay. Unfortunately, there were several issues with the property itself. The air conditioning unit blew black debris all over the bed, which was pretty unpleasant, and the pool was closed during my stay. Also, housekeeping was not available daily. During my four-day stay, I only received clean towels...
