“Very kind, clean and cozy”

“We have stayed at this motel several times. Whenever we are in Montrose, CO, this motel is where we stay. The grounds are always clean. The rooms and facilities are always clean. The motel is located near the downtown part of town, and close to medical facilities, which I need. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar is always good and provides a wide selection of breakfast items. Everything is good at this location.”

“I love the Minecart …great fire pit and sitting area…they have water, ice , coffee , cheese , fresh fruit and poptarts. The staff is amazing and the beds are wonderful!”

“Room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Nice location for walking around downtown Montrose (which is very cute). We were initially placed in a queen room when we reserved a king; fortunately we were able to switch into a king. Coffee bar downstairs was convenient and made good drinks. There is no elevator and the stairs are very steep. It’s only one flight which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for others. Bedside wall lights are awkwardly placed so they need to be moved to...

“Great place to stay, staff was very helpful and full of information about the town and things to do”

“They are under some renovations Now should be great when done The room was nice The floors were comically “creaky””

“Room was maybe adequate for one night stay, Room seemed clean overall, but mattresses were sunken in and old, not great. We did not spend much time in the room or the property - definitely there for the outdoor fall colors and hiking and scenic drives this time of year. Don’t bother with the hot tub - not well maintained and smelled off when we checked it out. Continental breakfast was basic but ok - I don’t think we’d stay here again.”
