"A great no nonsense room yet comfortable and in a safe area. Small room but bed was comfortable, pillows were nice, towels were nice and they had nice toiletries-shampoo body wash and conditioner. Hair dryer too. Great location. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat"

"The hotel is in a fantastic location right in Times Square, and a short walking distance to Rockefeller Center, Central Park, the theatres (broadway shows) and shopping. You can easily hop on a subway & head to the 9/11 memorial and the Statin Island Ferry. The hotel is dated and our room was very basic/minimalistic, but they were in the process of updating them. The staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful! We would stay there again."

"I love the location and would definitely stay there again. I don't know what all the rooms look like, but my bathroom was not up to par. It needed to be renovated. The bar upstairs was a great place to meet friends."
