"I love this Hotel! They initially had trouble finding my reservation thru Hotels.com and told me I didn't have a room, but then somehow 'found it' 20 minutes later. It felt like they didn't like that I didn't book directly thru the hotel. But the room was GREAT! As always! They were changing keys/locks, so had to get new one, but the location is fabulous and service is good. "

"After checking out of hotel I was charged for a $500 smoking fee on room. I have NEVER smoked a day in my life and am a cancer survivor. I was simply charged a fee and when calling to find out why I was double charged for room, this is when I was told about charge. I pre-paid my room via EXPEDIA. Terrible property and service."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The property is currently under construction, which made the environment extremely loud and unpleasant, with noticeable odors throughout the building. One of the biggest inconveniences was that the elevator was not working. I had to take the stairs all the way up to the 14th floor with my young children, which was both exhausting and unsafe. Additionally, the breakfast area was very small and overcrowded. There was no available seating, so my kids and I had to stand while eating, which made for an uncomfortable start to the day. Overall, the stay was far from convenient or relaxing, and I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families."
