"The room and staff were both better than anticipated. Loved the view and they got my room to me early upon request. Parking is a little expensive per night but one can expect that in a nicer, centrally located hotel. Would stay again. "

" A true luxury hotel with amazing decor and amenities. This trip I took advantage of the steam and sauna rooms, the amazing fitness center, and of course, the best hotel buffet breakfast in San Francisco. I was disappointed that there were no croissants/chocolate croissants by the time I got to the breakfast. I asked my waiter about it, hoping they were going to refill those items on the buffet, but instead, he brought me piping hot croissants fresh from the oven! Who would ever imagine that the hotel would be baking their own French croissant?. The Nikko never ceases to amaze. Love this hotel."
