합리적인 가격, 직원의 친절함, 해변에서 가까움
가격에 비해 방이 좋았음. 오션뷰와 시티뷰가 얼마차이나지 않았는데 방은 오션뷰가 훨씬 좋음. 직원들이 친절하다. 처음 예약한 방을 제대로 잡아주지 않아 두번 바꾼점이 불편했으나 전반적으로 아주 좋았음

Nice and kind staff + Comfortable and clean room
I was really happy to stay here. The most impressive point is the front desk staff! Both male and female members were really kind and nice! Also their english speaking was better than any other people i met during the trip! ;-) And the room was really nice and clean! Unforgettable trip!! :)

The pool was inaccessible, the floor on the roof felt like you were going to fall through. The breakfast was horrible, everything was cold, the food was put out but left to get cold, the coffee came out ice cold and put on burners, it was not geared to the western tourist. I will never recommend this hotel or return to it.

Hotel in Strandnähe mit kleinem Dachpool
Ich habe insgesamt 4 Nächte in der "Suite with Sea View" auf der 12. Etage verbracht, mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Das Zimmer ist ziemlich groß, das Flachbild-TV hat viele englische Sender. Das Bett ist bequem, das Zimmer und Badezimmer sind sauber. Ich hatte eine schöne Badewanne, aber das Wasser war leider nicht heiß, nur warm. Es gibt ein Frühstücksbuffet (überwiegend auf asiatische Gäste gerichtet: fried rice, fried noodles, soup, spring rolls, Omlet, etc.), wenn genug Gäste im Hotel sind, ansonsten bekommt man nur fried rice / fried noodles und Omlet. Es gibt auf dem Dach einen kleinen Pool, aber keine richtige Dachterrasse zum Sitzen oder Liegen. Das Personal spricht nur wenig Englisch. Meine Tours habe ich im Nachbarhotel La Lune gebucht, mit großartigen Preisen.

changed room for three times, air-con so poor, weather's so hot, no air-con at all in both lobby and room, cockroach in bathroom, very noise all aroundings, but staffs are nice and helpful, breakfast good

Không có bellboy và lễ Tân giúp đỡ khách.
Tổng quan khách sạn rất tốt. Nhưng khi vào kg có lễ tân ra tiếp khách và phải gọi thì lễ tân mới lật đật chạy ra làm thủ tục check in và tuyệt nhiên khong co Bellboy giúp đỡ khách trong việc đưa hành lý từ xe hơi vào lobby khách sạn. Vì thực sự từ vỉa hè phải bước lên gần 10 bậc thang mới lên được tiền sảnh. Tôi hy vọng khách sạn khắc phục nhược điểm này vì đây là tạo 1 ấn tượng kg hài lòng trong suốt quá trình lưu trú.

靠近海灘，不錯的酒店
招待員很貼心了解顧客需要，也很樂意提供意見與及幫助。不過英文還需要進行培訓，但你還是會感受到殷勤的待遇。

ビーチに近い快適なホテル
朝食できるレストランが最上階にあって、少し歩くとビーチ。 英語を話せるスタッフが少ないのが、ちょっと難だけど、皆優しい。

Room on floor 12 is noisy early in the morning
My suite on floor 12 is right below the dinning room floor so every morning around 6AM I was woken up by the moving chairs from the breakfast cround. There is comparable suite to change to since the other suite on floor 11 is a smoking room.

when booking for ocean view room they give me city view instead and no refund on the different. Hotel .com should clarify the posting information with hotel management.

Nice hotel two blocks from the beach
I booked 4 rooms for a trip with my wife's family from Tay Ninh. I had a suite which included a soaking tub which my wife and her family had never seen or used before. This surprised me but they enjoyed the experience. The hotel is modern and clean with a great breakfast buffet. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly with a working knowledge of English.

Great rooms but more staff training needed
After staying in Hue with excellent service this was a bit of a shock. Sent two emails asking about pick up service with no response so rang to be told they didn't do that. Information in the lift and room book said we could have coffee to our room but apparently the cafe was closed and no alternative was offered. The breakfast options were good but although there were 4 staff in the room all they did was clear the tables after people left and made no offers of assistance. When we left the woman at reception held our passports until we had paid for the one beret from the bar fridge (that we had told her about). Customer service is normally fantastic in Vietnam and I just felt as though nearly all the staff needed some training.

Unfriendly staff with minimal service.say no to it
Hotel reception had minimal to zero grasp of English, it was difficult to get any service out of them, for example, ask for suggestions. Basically you are on your own on the days you are staying in da nang. They will not suggest or book tours for you, for example to hoi an etc. As a side note, Make sure not to book ma Linh taxi for your trip to hoi an (hotel may call ma Linh when you ask for taxi) as they will charge you an extra free for every house they "wait" for you on your two-way trip. On my checkout, hotel staff said I haven't paid for all the nights I stayed. Had to prove to him the email from hotels.com and after a few minutes of checking, he said ok. Felt like I could've been scammed if I wasn't insistent about already paying. Overall, not a friendly hotel with very minimal service offered.
