“The bartender/ dining hostess wasn’t so pleasant. Did not tell us to go to our table or even acknowledge us. Took 10 minutes for her to walk to our table. The other staff were professional & very respectful & pleasant. Easy upgrade! Beautiful rooms & hotel. Food was AMAZING, pricey but well worth it! Will definetly book again. ”
