“My husband and I walked from the water taxi to the Great House Inn - hot but less than 8 minutes (with our luggage), so appreciated the location. “I’ve been traveling to Caye Caulker for 15 years and have stayed at the Plaza many times. I have to assume there is a new owner b/c you’ve gone way down hill. Checking out and moving locations and will not stay a second night. The beds used to be luxurious with nice new linens. No longer. The towels are old and frayed. The toilet doesn’t work because you don’t maintain your property. You are nowhere near capacity and our room is next to the bar w/LOUD music from noon to 1:30AM. Never again bye”
