“We had thought we booked the room shown on the website but that was not what we got. It was very plain, the bathroom needed pairing and no wall pictures or anything and the beds were terrible. Staff tried a little giving us a discount on supper, but hardly making up for our disappointment of looking forward to staying in a Castle environment. Especially with the cost.”

“The outside of hotel is nice and the area. Rooms are big but need to be updated, especially the bed and bathroom, also was no extra toilet paper. Things I did not like, someone knocking at my door at 11pm and running off, when I mention to front desk they were like dont know but they do with people checking in, also got charge extra 25 pounds at check out and they cannot explain why or even respond to me. They put us in a room , right at front of stairs did not like that.”

“First time glamping and wasn’t disappointed at all. POD had everything you need and in immaculate condition and spotless . Hot tub a huge bonus.”

“집을 전체 빌릴 수 있어서 편안하고, 좋았습니다.”

“AMAZING, AWESOME AND GREAT PLACE”

“Ok for business travel and affordable value for money ”

“In its day this was probably an excellent hotel; now it is showing its age and all sorts of minor maintenance matters need attention. The restaurant seemed to have something missing in atmosphere or ambience, and the food was okay, but not exceptional. The sticky toffee pudding - normally a family favourite was very disappointing. None of the food was piping hot when it arrived, and the apparent winner - the breakfast buffet was equally disappointing.”

“널찍한 가족실, 욕조가 좋은 호텔입다. 캐슬, 구시가지와도 가까와 돌아다니기 좋네요. 다만 코로나로 많이 다니진 못했어요. ”

“The WiFi not connecting is a deal breaker. And no cell service in rooms.”

“전반적으로 훌륭했읍니다”
