“We stayed one night at the hotel The restaurant was very nice and we both enjoyed our meals there , both dinner and breakfast. the room we booked was a superior room, we were a little surprised to find 2 bunkers in the room (as well as the king bed) but it was quite spacious in the room so it was ok.”

“The room was filthy and in disrepair. It spoiled our trip and the hotel were not concerned at all when I complained. We didn’t use the pool as planned as we had no faith in cleanliness after the state of the room. Filthy glasses. Hair in the bed. Mould all over the bathroom. Dead bugs rolled into the roller blinds. Spiders webs everywhere- and not new ones - many had mummified spiders in! Reception closed at 10 and we were unable to complain so had to sleep in the filth. Then when we asked to...

“The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The beds were really comfortable, breakfast was very comprehensive and nice. The place is a little run down, but looks as though it’s being improved. Great value for the price, would definitely stay there again. They do do evening meals in the bar although their website doesn’t say so.”

“Excellent place to stay to visit The Lakes and surrounding areas with stunning views. We stayed for 5 nights and were made to feel so welcome . Absolutely spotless. Nothing too much trouble. Room lovely, hot shower, breakfasts excellent. Great choice and they are happy to sort whatever you would like. Coffee and homemade cake available in the lounge later. All in all, we have not stayed in a better B&B . Now we have found it will most definitely be back. Highly recommend.”

“Parts need to be freshened up/ up dated, like the lift. Tha Swimming pool area, the rail rusty, floor tiles & spar changing room / shower door etc The cleanliness over most of the build was good, but parts like level 3 hall way was very poor, when the lift door opened on level 3 I was getting very worried what the room was going to be like. The room was good 😃 lovely beding⭐️ mattress ok . Staff & service brilliant from front desk to breakfast staff, Brilliant breakfast spread. thank you ⭐️”

“Booked a specific-named room for listed amenities and a mountain view but were told that that room was already occupied. Staff member claimed this is a common issue with Expedia bookings. Initially offered a different room that was not ensuite and courtyard view despite that being 2 of the amenities specifically requested. We were eventually given a very nice top floor ensuite room with a mountain view.”

“It would be nice to have dedicated check-in, instead of waiting for someone behind the bar to help you. Other than that, it was a great experience, and will recommend to others.”
