Loved this hotel, the design is spectacular and the location fantastic. Suites are beautifully decorated but small. Toiletries in bathrooms bare minimum. Forgot my toothbrush and took 20 mins and 2 calls to get one. Rooftop bar is awesome but closing the terrace at 10pm (probably neighborhood restrictions) is not great. Staff at rooftop bar was a bit rude. Overall a great hotel to stay at although SoHo Hotel and Hazlitt are my two other favorites in SoHo

I'm sold for life. This is the place to stay. Perfect location. One cheap train ride from Heathrow. Shops, galleries, nightlife….. The spa is the most beautiful, luxurious and comfortable you'll ever experience. The only advice I have is to either not stay on the 2nd floor, OR ask the hotel if there are going to be parties in the 2nd floor reception room while you're there. It was loud and we had to move rooms at 1:00 am……but the management was so accommodating that we didn't mind.

We had a beautifully renovated room on the 7th floor. they were doing construction on the floor above one morning and the manager of the hotel couldn't have been nicer to make up for the disruption. very professional staff, clean, modern rooms. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to London.

Great location, inside Westfieĺd stratford mall. 2 mins walk from Stratford Station, 20 min walk or 3 mins on DLR to Abba Voyage.

An excellent boutique hotel. Very convenient location for exploring London. Close to underground stations to travel in London and to and from Heathrow airport. Across the road from the Natural History Museum and a five minute walk to the Victoria and Albert Museum and Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. Our room was small but mitigated by high ceilings and excellent furnishing.

I travel frequently for my job, so I stay in dozens of fine hotels each year. I always appreciate when a property has character and there's no question that Hazlitt's has personality in spades. I loved that there was never a moment I wasn't aware of being in the heart of London.
