“I liked that the SPOT was next door . Was a great place to eat and hang out and look at the beach. Don’t like that we got the 2 hours early to check in at 2:00 and still had to wait till after 5 o’clock to get into are room . Only 1 elevator worked so there was a constant wait for it and when you did get on it was crowded. Didn’t help either that the ice machine was broken on my floor and so (I’m on vacation ) not using the stairs to go up and down to another floor to get ices like I had to ....

“We always love the San Luis and the staff. Still think it's high especially when our room was overlooking a roof.”

“The place was ok. The main thing this place has going for it was the proximity to the beach. We didn’t use the pool but we did go to the beach and it was nice to go and hunt for shells and not have to walk a long way. The room was ok, the breakfast was nice. They had a hot breakfast every day not just the pastries but eggs and sausage and make your self waffles and biscuits and gravy and it tasted good.”

“Hotel was ok for price, saw a roach so that just threw me off. They appear to be remodeling or putting bandaids to fix up, some ceilings were molded or water damaged.”

“Room has rust on the light fixtures, the restroom was very difficult to enter due to the position of door. The AC in the room was unable to be changed, the power went out multiple times during the stay. Breakfast was difficult to enjoy as a person who cannot eat pork, very very limited options.. the smell of the hotel is profoundly unpleasant. Overall would not stay again.”

“Everything was great except for the fact that we were put in an ADA room unexpectedly, and the walk-in shower, which had no door or curtain, did not drain well and somewhat flooded the bathroom, even after a short shower. This really needs to be addressed and solved ASAP.”

“This is a great place to stay. It is clean and comfortable. There were no photos of the inside of the condo, but it is spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, small deck, washer/dryer, nice kitchen and living room. Ours had three tv’s and a pull-out sofa. The grounds, two pools and one hot tub are well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. Beach access is directly across the adjoining road (Seawall). The location was great for us as it is on the edge of the busy area - so quiet,...

“Everything was amazing the only thing was that there were no elevators to get to the different floors. Staying in the third floor had an amazing view but the seven stair cases we had to walk up and down was no joke. But over all besides that the place was clean well maintained and they even had great outdoor games for the family .”

“I really enjoyed my stay. I had so much fun with the entertainment. The hot tub was amazing. My room was very clean and fresh each day. The first desk ladies were very nice and helpful. There were two things I didn’t like. I used my debit card to reserve my room. When I got there my debit card was charged an additional $200 for some fees that would be refunded if no damages were made. But then I was told that the credit back to my debt card could take up to ten days. That wasn’t cool at all....

“Definitely on the lower end of the Hilton Brand. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. If you are going on a cruise or spending a majority of time at the beach then this hotel isn't bad at all.”

“I had booked another hotel that was NOTHING like the pictures and twice the price of the listed price the day of my reservation. I declined the room due to unsafe location, misrepresentation of property and price inconsistency. Being without a room at 10 pm with a 2year old and a 3 year old I sought a new location and found Home2suite. For same price as previous room it was clean, in a good location and comfortable.”
