“Would not stay there again. TV didn’t work, there’s space between the wall and the cooler where you can see outside from the inside. Don’t count on starting your day with what’s offered in the morning. The coffee that came out of the machine wasn’t even drinkable, and my coffee expectations are pretty low. And I’m a dude, who doesn’t need fancy or fussy, just the basics, but this place stands out for its poor condition.”

No clean towels, room coffee not replaced, trash not emptied. No one serviced our room the entire stay. Hot tub was slimy, pool was growing algae. room carpet so dirty my husbands white socks were black just walking across the room”

“In the building I stayed in had no refrigerator or microwave but the other buildings had them i couldn't make phone calls in my room i had to go outside to use my phone because the wifi only worked out side and the beds are nothing to write home about for what they charge to stay there for the Sturgis rally you can find much better for the same amount of money with better accommodation i don't recommend this place”

“It was Sturgis week in Deadwood and we wanted a suite. The one we paid for was right above the Main Street. There was so much noise well into 2:30 a.m., we never slept the entire time and left a day early to stay elsewhere for sleep. We received no reimbursement! We were told “since the cleaning crew left we could not be checked out”. My suggestion would be to NOT open the rooms that extend over Main Street during this time!!”
