The owners (French/Moroccon) were wonderful - spoke English extremely well, were available every day, and bent over backwards to write down recommendations, show us the locations on a amp, etc., etc. Like any accommodations in the medinas, you need to arrange to have someone from the hotel/riad meet you...

“Riad Idra was the best hotel ( riad ) that I’ve ever visited ! Located in the heart of city center, everything was so close ( within 10 minutes ). We felt safe as there were polices by the main road and the street itself was occupied by art galleries and boutiques. Manager Karine was super kind and professional ( Merci Karine!). She even fixed broken bathtub in a half day. Gratefully we got upgraded room, so we had chance to stay at the most beautiful room in Riad. Riad itself was authentic...
