“I stayed for a night before heading to Vieques. The location was excellent, and I had a real blast at the waterpark that I didn't expect. I had requested an electric kettle and a microwave, and they promptly provided them. All the staff were kind, but I wish the front desk staffs could be a bit friendlier. Besides that slight letdown, I'd love to visit again."”

“Breakfast during my stay was delightful. Wide variety of options including resort style made to order omelets which I was unable to take advantage of due to purposely getting up late. Lol. The rooms are spacious and modern however no terraces/balcony. The pool is very sneaky comfortable. I've made several attempts to go to the beach a block or two away but stopped by the pool and remained there two out of three days. The staff is super helpful in making accommodations and pleasantly...

“Resort was stunning. Beautifully maintained and landscaped. Pool areas were great as was beach. No problem getting chairs at either. Staff were all friendly. We tried most restaurants on property and all were fantastic. If I had one complaint, and this seems to be most people’s complaint, it would be that everything is very, very expensive. Plan a grocery store trip to save money. ”

“Absolutely will not be back to this property, as a frequent Hilton Rewards member this experience has been the worst. Our room at no hot water for 24hrs with the engineer saying just let it run. The next day I requested a new room, which was accommodated yet the room was dirty and housekeeping refused to clean it as she stated “she already cleaned it” but offered the cleaning towels and spray for us to clean ourselves. Shower light was broken and key pad battery died leaving us to wait yet again...
