"Cleanliness "

"Aloft never disappoints. We’ve stayed at quite a few of them. They re always clean, easy to get to and we’re always met with friendly staff. The Aloft Syracuse Inner Harbor was our last stop on a week’s vacation. We chose the inner harbor location so we could walk easily to get something to eat - which was the case. A brewery was a short 3-6 min walk. Our room was great - as usual. A super comfortable bed with excellent pillows. The shower was great as well. Alofts are so nice to stay at. If there's one in the area we’re going - we stay there."

The location was very convenient to food places, as well as a gas station which was within walking distance. Our sight of view of the nice pond surrounding the premises was a pleasant sight to see giving a pleasant impression, to being very peaceful, quiet, and very comfortable. The front desk staff was very much helpful and provided excellent customer service. We will most definitely stay again."
