“I booked this room at 7:48am on Friday 13th, October 2017 for the same day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager states that she cancelled my booking at 7:50am because there were no rooms available. No apology. Rooms were still listed on Expedia as available. I received no official correspondence regarding this cancellation.I was told by the front desk that they can cancel it on their system but I would need to call Expedia to let them know the situation. I am currently awaiting a refund....

“We arrived early and the staff were very welcoming. We left our bags and had lunch at their bar by the beach. Our room was ready early. it was very clean and inviting after sitting outside in the sun! Great location too! We walked from the airport and were close enough to walk anywhere we want to go!”
