This is probably the best resort I have ever stayed in. Perfect property, wonderful people, amazing attention to detail, walkable to shops and restaurants, tons of amenities. I will be back and I would not stay anywhere else. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. We pointed it out and housekeeper said it had been on maintenance’s radar for a while. However. Maintenance came in two days and repaired it completely. These are...

This is the perfect resort for the people looking to be off the main path but still have a great experience. The swimming pool was unbelievable. The private beach and pier were very relaxing. It was nice not having to share the areas with a lot of other people. The restaurant was excellent. The service and food were top notch. We loved hanging out at the Cave Bar. A unique bar that overlooks the ocean.

The Gansevoort is by far the chic-est hotel in Providenciales. But never mind the lean, minimalistic, gorgeous architecture, the perfect pool, the most beautiful beach in the planet : It's The Staff. They make all the architectural or geographical features look small. They are the factor that really creates the true magic in the Hotel. We absolutely loved Point Grace. Mary (the Guest Relations Manager) was awesome. She contacted us a month before our trip to arrange our airport transportation (which most hotels do not provide). She set up all of our restaurant reservations before we arrived and provided other important info. The hotel is very tranquil which matches Grace Bay. It's very quiet. Everyone who goes there seems to want that tranquility. The grounds are more well kept than some of what are considered the...

The Somerset on Grace Bay is the most beautiful hotel we've ever stayed in. Our room, a two-bedroom ocean view suite, was unbelievable. We had a full kitchen, three bathrooms, a living room, dining room, laundry room, and very comfortable bedrooms and beds. Our room was immaculately clean upon arrival, and was kept clean throughout our stay. Our room attendant not only cleaned our room during the day, but came back in the evening for "turn-down" service in which she would turn down the beds...

I liked the hotel , the staff & location . The only con is that they don’t have microwaves in the room so you have to go to the front office to hear your food up but the office is not open 24 hours. They close at 10pm sharp so if your hungry after that theirs no way to heat your food up .

West Bay is a wonderful resort. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and modern. It is right on the beach with gorgeous views. The breakfast was excellent as was the food for lunch and dinner.
The only downside was they wouldn't let us use the paddle boards, kayaks or catamaran. They said it was unsafe, too much current, but others were out at other resorts and it looked perfectly safe.

The Shore Club exceeded our expectations. My family and I had a wonderful time staying at home his hotel. Our room was extremely comfortable and always well maintained / cleaned twice a day, always on target. The beach was heavenly, water always calm, sand white and clean, we loved the fact that you can walk for miles into the ocean, without it getting deep, you have to experience this for yourself. One of the best beaches I have visited. The pools were also very clean and never crowded. The...

Staffing was very confusing because there are two management companies that manage the place. They attempted to work with each other but it was very apparent that it was not a good situation. Was not sure who to ask for what.

Grace Bay Club is fabulous. They welcome you with a bottle of champagne and great fresh fruit. The refridgerator is also stocked with cold water free of charge and gets replenished when asked. They have multiple clean large towels so you do not need to constantly ask for fresh towels. The lounge chairs at the pool and beach are cushioned. You have access to a personal concierge if you desire. My husband sent him out to the food store for some staples for the room.

The hotel is an oasis on South Caicos, an island untouched by the over development on most Caribbean islands. The villas and accommodations blend into the natural environment. The landscaping is lush and indigenous, great care taken to preserve the natural setting. This is a place to escape if you enjoying swimming, snorkeling, fishing, bike riding, shell hunting (enormous cerise conchs everywhere). Fantastic sunsets and gorgeous skies. The chef is world class and will prepare meals to order...

We just returned from a six night visit and found the staff, meals, beach bar drinks, and hotel services to be very good in spite of the age of the facilities. The Baracuda Beach Bar has COLD beer and surprisingly good grilled fish and burgers. The conch is from the front yard. A trip to middle Caicos, Kew, and all roads on No....

Highly recommended. Recently stayed here for four nights on our first visit to Turks and Caicos. Paid extra for ocean view room, which was well worth it. Rooms are actually condos, so it doesn’t have that hotel feel; instead, it’s smaller, less crowded, less impersonal. Staff mainly very friendly and helpful. Excellent stretch of beach, small but nice pool, plenty of cabanas and loungers to go around, and free non-motorized water sports ($5 per day for snorkeling gear), which is a BIG plus; I...

We loved everything about the Palms! The grounds are beautiful… especially the pool area with the infinity pool. We loved the free buffet breakfast every day and enjoyed high-quality, delicious dinners at your several restaurants m. We also appreciated the staff’s diligence when it came to enforcing masks and hand sanitizing. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi around the pool area/other public areas was not great… But in the hotel room itself it was fine. Loved the cucumber punch and shortbread...

Proximity to shops and restaurants is excellent. Can ride bikes to these amenities easily and safely. The sole kayak was not in great shape and no paddle board is available. In our unit the small fridge would not make ice. No ice machine is available. Luckily we took out Yeti bag so it was manageable and not overwhelming to the stay. The small size of the complex was a big plus versus the larger, more commercial style accommodations for us. Would definitely go back. Grace Bay is an amazing place...
