“Services are terrible at this hotel. It may be discriminated specfic type of perple. To some, it is extremely friendly with talking and explaining for 20 min. or longer while we were line up to check out for rushing to the airport at the time there were only two customers service representatives were available. When we checked in, they gave juice to almost all check in customers except us. I am not sure if it is discreminated or what! Hotel needs major change to qualify for all time five stars...

“Property is old and units need updated. Staff is very poor at communicating and do not want to help guest. They are hateful and rude. The concierge staff is not helpful at all and the Ocean 362 restaurant is poorly staffed. You will find the concierge is the bar tender. The owners need to get better staff! We will not stay here again! Not worth the money.”

“This property is pretty much in shambles we were very disappointed with the entire property. Based on pictures from the website it shouldn't have been a problem to walk on the property but due to potholes and uneven walkways it was hard to walk.Room was semi clean. Had to ask for a coffee maker as there wasn't one in the room also had to ask for coffee. We arrived on a Saturday had lunch at the pool bar , went the next day and were told it had closed and would not be reopening , we were sent to...

“its not full inclusive no vip room no café for expresso less everything no wet bar in room no room service we didn't have tissue in room I could keep going but the employees awesome the place awesome the bed awesome all inclusive NOT AWESOME”

“Everything here was excellent, including the staff, the facilities, the room, the view from the room, the food in the restaurants, the pool, the available water toys (kayak, hobbies, ) and the very attention to details that convey that sense of luxury (ie the shampoo, the towel, the soap, the amazing bedding, etc). They are trying to keep the sargassum away with a barrier and partially succeeding at keeping it under control. The beach is relatively small and facing east.”

“The property is beautiful the staff was good. They don’t have everyday guest service: u have to call them if you need clean towels and toilet tissue or clean sheets. The service is not automatic like everywhere else that’s the only thing I didn’t like. Overall it is a very beautiful property ”
