โProperty probably about 1910 to 1920. Very good condition. Looks and feels well maintained.
Staff excellent. Very friendly.
Food very good although Chicken Parmesan at dinner far too big a portion.
Loved our stay. We will go back.
John and Felicity Allen.
We loved the hotel โ
โComfortable beds we had family monkey room overlooking the safari park which was great fridge in room also a treasure hunt for kids lovely size room seperate tv for kids, being able to walk round the safari after park closed is great definitely recommend staying ;-)โ
โHotel is in a residential area with good access to buses and the Tube. Felt safe returning late at night with the family and taking a short walk from HC station.
The front desk staff (Monica) were friendly and went above and beyond in accommodating our needs and questions. โ
โGreat hotel, but lots of children/families which seemed odd for a business-style hotel. My room was great but having screaming kids running up and down the corridor outside after 10pm was unfortunate. It's not the hotels fault but not what I had expected at a business conference in Bracknell. โ
โWe stayed in a standard double room. It was quite small but not uncomfortably so. We needed to use stairs to access the room despite the elevator so I would not recommend this hotel to people who need accessibility.
The hotel room itself was clean but it was a connecting room so it was quite noisy due to a neighbouring visitor.
The location is okay, 10 minute walk from District and Piccadilly lines and there is a small grocery store just around the corner.
I would stay in this hotel again.โ
โLocated in a very picturesque high point on Richmond Hill. Hotel itself is a bit old and the passages are narrow but has old world charm and very English. Staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast is first rate.โ
"It was a group, but the rooms were assigned to different floors, and even rooms on the same floor were assigned in a maze-like manner. There were also a room where the door would not open, so the staff had to force it open."
