"This is a nice B & B in the beautiful historic district in St Augustine. It is in walking distance to everything you could possibly want to see or do. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Management did move our room from upstairs to the first floor, as my husband has some health issues, and we appreciated this. "

"Our stay was unfortunately not what we had hoped for our short anniversary getaway. When we arrived there were renovations occurring downstairs and there was no staff to assist us into the room. We reveived no text or email with our room code and had to find a housekeeper to help us in. When we made it to our room it was very hot and the fan did not work. As we tried to nap before we set out on the town, we were awoken by roofers outside our 2nd floor window as the bed and breakfast was undergoing a very loud metal reroof process right over our heads. There was no prior warning of any renovations or reroofs prior to booking and had I known, I would not have booked this bed and breakfast. We specifically booked this place and room for the jacuzzi tub, but there was little to no hot water available in order to use and the jacuzzi start button was broken. As we attemped to shower in the morning before we left, again, there was zero hot water. Hoping others had a better expereince on their trip than we did, but it was not the way we wanted to spend our anniversary and unfortunately will not be back."
