“Staff was polite and efficient. The menu selections were good. Overall the food was average. Need to up grade your chef’s talent. You have a diamond in the rough with this location. I am very surprised that the Marriott Hotels did not take the Hotel Syracuse to a higher level! The rooms were nice. The lobby and hotel decor is very depressing. Wrong shade of beige. Sorry for my negative comments but I have experienced this hotel at its prime and with all its renovations it still doesn’t even...

“Staff were friendly, room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable but could use better pillows. Walk to downtown is easy, Uber to Lakeview for a concert. Parking at hotel is not free but convenient. Coffee marker was broken in our room, but there was free coffee in the lobby. Love the full size refrigerator and dishes provided. ”

“Parking convenient and felt safe. Our room was perfect small issue I could’ve T room cooler The other room was good however the phone didn’t work and unfortunately the tub drain was very slow to drain and water came from under the tub but hotel staff came immediately. I would stay here again as these issues can happen anywhere and staff were very good ”
