โAll as described. Suggest requesting a room away from main road but lovely decor , fancy coffee machine and great shower. Parking in Bath Road immediately behind is only ยฃ1 for 3 hours so ยฃ8 for 24hours. Happy to return โ
โIt was perfectly located with nice views over the marina and pedestrian bridge. Spacious, well equipped. Check in was straightforward. Staff pleasant. We are likely to stay there again.โ
โI've stayed at this hotel many times and this was my fourth visit this year, facilities are superb, beach and marina within touching distance, city centre just a few minutes walk away, great location for the Mumbles and all the beaches in the Gower.โ
โBrilliant stay at The Village hotel, very friendly staff, really good facilities including the gym/spa and having a Starbucks next door was brilliant.
The staff even arranged a super early morning breakfast option before my Ironman race, great service.โ
โMy boyfriend and I came here for one a night stay. We stayed in a standard beach view room and it could not have been better. Gorgeous view of the beach from our window, very clean room, excellent facilities, comfy bed, friendly owner. We felt very comfortable here and it was perfect for our trip. Amazing for the price too. Only very slight complaint is that itโs was quite noisy being on a main road but other than that it was perfect. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back if...
โWe had a fantastic stay at Patrickโs Boathouse. The hosts were extremely accommodating, the room was great and really spacious with a super comfy bed. A simple breakfast was available in the room. I would definitely recommend and stay again if I was in Mumbles. โ
โThis is the second time we have used this hotel and we will return. The hotel is on the outskirts of Swansea but it is easy to access the city. The room and ensuite are in good condition and clean and comfy. Breakfast is included in the price and there is a reasonabe choice of food available. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Shane in particular was extremely helpful i giving us information restaurants in the cityโ

It did mean the farm vehicles started up about 7am, but that is to be expected! The grounds are beautiful and very well kept by the brothers who live there. The lounge has gorgeous paneling and a spectacular fireplace that was brought from Italy with Seville tile inset. It would be a wonderfully cozy...
