“Despite the wet and windy conditions we really enjoyed our stay and managed to get around to our favourite spots. Steve & Julie provided a lovely starter pack to see us over the first 24 hours. Cottage is superb, with all the amenities you would expect at home. Would recommend it as a base to tour the countryside.”

“Lovely pub and staying area next to it. We booked here as it’s a dog friendly place and enjoyed our stay. The team at the pub were brilliant, they were shutting the kitchen early as it was a quiet January Sunday (so totally understandable) but we managed to get an order in and the food was great. ”

“A lovely stay in a beautiful part of the world. We stayed in one of the accessible rooms, so can’t comment on the other accommodation, but our room was clean, if a little dated. The real positives were the staff, genuinely lovely and welcoming – along with excellent food and a great selection of local beers on tap. “The the staff were amazing. We couldn’t fault anything. On arrival we checked in at reception to be greeted with our room information and all information relevant to the hotel such as parking and food. We were shown to our room which was lovely very comfortable bed and the shower was amazing. We popped over for dinner and had our son and grandson join us. Our grandson has a peanut allergy. They took this on board and catered for all of us. Dinner was a delight. We stayed here last year when...
