"Room was clean, was better than I expected after reading the reviews , had a kitchen, 2 large beds, was noisy but air conditioner drowned most of that out, all staff were great, beds were really firm, convenient location, city view balcony was great for ppl watching, close to everything, don’t let negative reviews sway you, you get what you pay for, it’s clean and a place to lay your head in a central location"

"This small boutique hotel is everything you hope for and more — easily 4 stars and beyond. Spotless, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning works beautifully (no musty smell at all — a huge plus), there’s plenty of storage, and the WiFi is strong and reliable. You can truly feel how well cared for the property is. The staff are so attentive and genuinely friendly — always welcoming, always helpful, and they really make you feel at home. The location is unbeatable. Within a 5-minute walk you’ll find amazing pastry shops, a laundromat, street tacos, fresh fruit stands, and the beach. Everything is so easy and convenient. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the lovely little pool felt like our own private oasis — we practically had it all to ourselves. Such a peaceful bonus. Casa Nicole has completely won our hearts. We will absolutely be back. 💛"
