The room was underwhelming in person and it was very overpriced due to Mardi Gras but the staff was very helpful and friendly

Crowne Plaza New Orleans French Qtr - Astor by IHG
the room was never cleaned or dusted. staff left door opened for anyone to walk in. rug was dirty and never was vacuumed the entire stay. I have stayed here before it was in much better condition than it is now. very disappointing

Memoir Warehouse District
The memoir was a GREAT place to stay hands down. The service was excellent and staff were very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again!!
