“There was no hot water so we couldn’t shower. I tried to call the front desk however the options were “reservations, seafood restaurant and emergency.” I checked out and the front desk attendant told me she would let the manager know. Completely unacceptable!”

“Very clean looks like it was totally remodeled, recently friendly staff.”

“Appreciate they have a tea kettle for use. Staff are helpful.”

“Great location in downtown Cincinnati, easily assessable to all local transit. Staff was knowledgeable about the festival going on and gave us great tips. Would reccomend!”

“The room is cleaned, organized and some home appliances such as a microwave, a washing machine, a dryer are equipped.”

“Beds and pillows were terrible. Very loud.”

“We had a wonderful stay and a great view of the Cincinnati stadiums across the water!”
