"They didn’t make the bed for room service. I thought they would. But it could be different in different hotel. One of the blinders was not working. The manager came to fix it but we had only two options: bring it up and never bring it down therefore unless I woke up before the sun I should be fine. Second was leave it the way it was, which means there’s no natural light during the day."

"Decent location for the price. Bare bones amenities- no in room coffee/tea, no microwave, only one side of the king bed had a bedside table and lamp. The towels were changed daily but we were 3 people and we only got 2 of everything. We wanted a comfortable place at a good price, which we got. Close enough to the subway for us, we don’t mind walking. It was just a place to sleep for our 4 night NYC exploration, it did the job."

Breakfast to go every morning was amazing and hearing the cheers from the crowds at the Richard Rodgers Theatre stage doors every night was fun. In terms of sound, the walls of the room we were in were very thin. It was a noisy stay. "
