"I was unable to stay. I got there about 9:30 pm. The door closed, nobody answer the interphone, total darkness, the windows of the building covered with newspaper and others with clothes. The building looked abandoned. The phone given was of a Restaurant pizzeria, with a recording. Total fiasco. I will try to get my money back in. This hotel seems like a scam. Don't reserve there."

"Modern Comfort in a Perfect Location
We had a wonderful stay in Vienna. The hotel is very nice and modern, with a beautiful Scandinavian aesthetic that I personally loved. At the same time, it was extremely comfortable and very well equipped. The room had everything we needed, from appliances to make our own coffee and tea to excellent toiletries.
