"Quality of service declines each year we visit . The spa is incredible and the entire reason we come stay a weekend in the lodge. Room service staff seem miserable but the servers at Casons are always good. Food is just okay. I've lowered my expectations sadly because staying at Callaway and spending alot of money at the spa is a big splurge for me. We will come back just with less expectations. "

"When we arrived at our room, it was clear that it had not been properly cleaned. There was leftover food in the drawers, beer still in the refrigerator, and old fries on the floor. Additionally, one of the beds appeared to have been used and was not fully made."
